Sometimes headaches/ Migraines are linked to intense emotions from your past? You might not even know how or why they are linked and they can still effect you.
When targeting migraines and chronic headaches using EMDR, we start by targeting the first memory you have of getting headaches. We will then look at the most intense headache you remember having. Lasting we will look at the last migraine you remember having ( even if that is today).
Research shows that just doing this reduces headaches and migraines without medication.
The change that I have personally seen using this protocol is pretty cool. The changes have been much deeper than just headaches.
