When working specifically with performance anxiety, you will think about doing the task you wish you could do more comfortably. We will then process the anxiety that comes up right before you do it. Then we will process the anxiety you feel when you are doing it. Then we will look at practicing the act to make sure it all stuck.
I hear this protocol has been used with professional athletes when they mess up and can't get it out of their head.
If more stress and trauma needs to be processed we will do this once the primary goal is accomplished.
