My practice consulting focuses on addressing the mental health needs of veterinary professionals, including burnout, compassion fatigue, and vicarious trauma. Together we will design a personalized plan for support and practical strategies to help you and your team navigate the emotional demands of veterinary medicine while delivering exceptional care to your patients. Whether you are building from the ground up, or repairing an existing system, I am here to help.

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to consulting. Iwork closely with clinic owners and staff to understand your unique needs and challenges, and we develop tailored solutions that promote resilience and well-being. My goal is to empower you and your team with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in your roles. While I am not conducting therapy, I am utilizing skills learned in many years of therapy to create a sustainable resilient culture.
Price
I believe in full transparancy. That being said it is hard to determine a cost without talking with you. Each team is indivdiualized with your budget and needs so it is difficult to tell you a price. We will not move forward without a determines price. Most teams could benefit from at least 5 hours of online time (750$). In person and additional services would be more cost.
