I'm thrilled to offer consulting services tailored specifically for veterinary clinics like yours. Services provided.
Together we will meet and discuss the struggles in our clinic. I know time is a commodity for both you and your staff so I work toward realistic changes within this construction. We will meet monthly for 3-6 months as a team and will have 3-6 program director meetings. Your staff can expect to learn burnout exploration, prevention, and a well-being restructure catered to your specific needs as a clinic.

I take a collaborative and compassionate approach to consulting. I work closely with clinic owners and staff to understand your unique needs and challenges, and we develop tailored solutions that promote resilience and well-being. My goal is to empower you and your team with the tools and strategies needed to thrive in your roles. While I am not conducting therapy, I am utilizing skills learned in many years of therapy to create a sustainable, resilient culture.
Price
I believe in full transparency. That being said it is hard to determine a cost without talking with you. Each team is individualized with your budget and needs, so it is difficult to tell you a price. We will not move forward without a determines price. For a 3-month revamp of a medium-sized team, one could expect about $1000.
